Start with the supplement label.

Read ingredients, serving information, and warnings before choosing a supplement.

Apex supplement packaging

Look past the front of the package

The Supplement Facts panel lists active ingredients and amounts per serving. Read the other ingredients list as well, including flavorings and fillers.

Keep serving information in context

Compare the serving size with the directions on the label. More is not automatically better. Ask a healthcare professional about suitability and interactions if you take medication or have a health condition.

Ask before you choose

If you cannot find the complete label or allergen information, ask for it before purchasing. Keep the product details available when discussing a supplement with your healthcare provider.
